December 05

December 05:

This month's playlist is decidedly more aggressive than my previous ones. Guess I've been in less of a lay-back mood recently and more of a "I wanna ROCK!" mood. It also has alot less new music than I usually try to have, but certain nuggets in musics past can not be ignored. Enjoy!

1. Pure Imagination - Buckethead
Please excuse the odd begining but I HAD to kick my playlist off with this song.
2. Hazel Eyes - The Darkness
A selection from my "album of the month", a rocking song about monogamy
3. Common People - Pulp
A good song that had a good cover
4. 1979 - Vaux
A good cover of a good song
5. Vicinity Of Obscenity - System Of A Down
"bannana, bannana, terri cotta PIE!" (one of the Systemiest Downs you've heard)
6. New Noise - Refused
A deep song about creative obligation "buried" under distortion and screaming
7. Krafty - New Order
NEW Wave vets, NEW Order, on their NEW album reflect on the fast pace of life
8. Blind Man - The Darkness
Cynisism is all that lies between this song being serious rather than comic
9. Happy Holidays (Beef Wellington remix) - Bing Crosby
As this playlist nears its close, here's a little diddy to keep you in the spirit
10. We Are the Successors of Communism - Ji Ming
Hopefully this song will inspire you too to become a "Successor of Communism""
